Overview: Foundation Systems provides 24 HOUR CUSTOMER CARE telephone support, on going program enhancements and general system guidance. A single low monthly FSI fee includes both the FSI support and the Facts & Comparisons enhancement updates.
Facts & Comparisons data updates include nationally published AWP pricing updates, drug utilization and review system files such as the drug-to-drug interaction checking, allergy monitoring drug disease contraindication checking, medication dosage and duration range appropriateness. Additionally, updates are provided for the printed patient consultation summaries, and the printed patient drug education monographs. State specific medicaid updates are included as available. These updates are provided on both CD and electronic communications.
FSI provides software updates and enhancements on a semi-monthly basis to keep you up-to-date.
